VEGA 2D fence panels
Combining durability with minimalist style and stability.
The VEGA 2D and VEGA 2D Super panels are panels without ribs. Their distinctive feature is a double vertical reinforcement with a larger gauge wire. This ensures high rigidity and durability of the structure.
Technical data
The VEGA 2D mesh panels are spot welded using steel bars with a horizontal bar (double) diameter of 6 [mm] and vertical bars with a diameter of 5 [mm].
The VEGA 2D Super mesh panels are spot welded using steel bars with a horizontal bar (double) diameter of 8 [mm] and vertical bars with a diameter of 6 [mm].
The panels are terminated with extended 30 [mm] long bars on one end, in the bottom or top section of the fence.
Installation systems
The VEGA 2D and VEGA 2D Super panels can be mounted on 4 types of posts using 5 types of different fixing accessories available from WIŚNIOWSKI. The panels can be installed in a flat or inclined area, directly above the ground or using a concrete plank. Posts can be installed directly in the ground or on a concrete foundation using base plates.
Fence panel colour scheme
Mesh panels are welded using raw wire. The panels are manufactured in accordance with the PN-EN 10223-7:2013-05 standard. The mesh panel can be protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (in accordance with EN ISO 1461:2000) or electrogalvanizing (in accordance with PN EN ISO 2081:2011) and polyester coating (in accordance with EN 10244-2:2010). The combination of the zinc and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system substantially contributes to extending the service life of WIŚNIOWSKI fences.
Coated panels are covered by a 10-year corrosion protection warranty.
