SlidePro overhead door

Combining maximum functionality, good thermal insulation parameters, and modern industrial aesthetics.

A higher level of thermal insulation was achieved thanks to the structure of the curtain made of panels infilled with polyurethane foam, with additional brush seals. It is a warm and at the same time aesthetic solution in two modern variants: smooth panel or V ribs.

Good thermal insulation

The door leaf is made of 40 [mm] thick panels with a heat transfer coefficient (Up) of 0.48 W/m2K. Tightness is enhanced by the sealing system with side, top, and bottom seals.

Stability and safety

Thanks to rollers with bearings, the door ensures quiet operation. A special suspension system enables precise adjustment in two planes, thus helping eliminate lintel imperfections.

Automation

The SlidePro door can easily be equipped with the BFT Argo 230 V drive unit. It will enable you to open and close the door with a remote, code keypad, proximity card, key fob or key switch. And this ensures an even smoother passage and communication within your company.

Functionality and safety

The proven structure of the door in a revised design was adapted to the new leaf type made of panels used for manufacturing sectional door leafs. This allowed the SlidePro to gain unique aesthetics, improved strength parameters, and an impressive thermal transmittance factor.

Door leaf

The use of a modern panel allowed the SlidePro to gain unique aesthetic qualities, improved strength parameters, and a good thermal transmittance factor.

Lock

Both active and passive leafs (double-leaf doors) are bolted in two points (in the top and bottom section) with latches. The active leaf is fitted with a plastic handle from the outside and from the inside and a single-side lock cylinder accessible from the outside. From the inside, the lock is operated with a latch.

Running track cover

As standard, the running track is fitted with a steel sheet cover coated with polyester paint in the door colour.

Door in a thermally insulated version

is available for an improved thermal insulation of your building.

Track beam

Made of a hot-dip galvanised steel channel section. The running track is fixed to holders enabling 2-plane adjustment. The ends of the track are fitted with rubber bumpers that prevent the leaf from sliding out.

Guiding roller

The guiding roller stabilises the leaf and maintains its vertical position, it is fixed to the floor or the lower section of the walls adjacent to the door installation opening.

Sealing

A brush seal ensures optimal sealing in the lintel and floor section of the door.

Automatic operating units

BFT Argo

 

The drive unit operates the door with the use of a toothed bar mounted on the inside of the door. The drive unit is mounted in the clear opening. The kit includes a three-function up-stop-down switch and photocells.

The drive unit is available with doors with the maximum dimensions of So x Ho = 4,000 x 4,000 [mm].
