The INNOVO panel, panel joint covers, and double top and bottom seals – it all helped achieve the best parameters. The heat transfer coefficient of the PRIME garage door is up to 0.33 W/m2K! All that so that you can lower your bills and enjoy a constant temperature in your garage.
It is the heart of the PRIME garage door. While the market standard is 40 [mm] thickness, the INNOVO panel is 60 [mm]! This means up to 45% better thermal insulation of the panel already at the level of 0.33 W/m2K. We have full control of its manufacturing process – from the moment of purchase of steel at the steelworks through to the packaging of the ready segments for transport. In-house production of the panel ensures full repeatability, which translates into the highest quality.
We have equipped the critical area of the gate casing with flexible inter-panel covers. All this to protect your garage from heat loss.
The innovative PRIME gate sealing system consists of as many as 5 types of seals: a seal mounted in the aluminum profile finishing the upper panel, a double lower seal, an upper seal in the blend, inter-panel seals and double-leaf side seals.
