The MakroTherm series doors are a combination of a stable, proven structure with high thermal insulation. The 60 [mm] thick INNOVO panel ensures protection against the cold and heat, at the same time providing sound insulation and moisture protection. Thanks to its high durability, the door can be used in the most demanding facilities.

MakroTherm 2.0 door

The MakroTherm 2.0 doors are made of 60 [mm] thick ultra-warm steel panels infilled with polyurethane foam.

– The standard accessories include the ThermoSet™ gasket kit: four-chamber, double-lip thermal side gaskets; double-lip top gasket; corner gaskets.
– Panel heat transfer coefficient Up=0.33 [W/m2xK].
– Thickness of the opening frame 2 [mm] / guide 2 [mm].
– Panel side covers and reinforcements in door leaf colour.
– Double quiet guiding rollers with a bush fitting.
– Double safety device for tracks preventing guiding rollers from derailing.
– Protection: cable break safety device (2 pcs.), spring break safety device (per each spring).
– Guaranteed number of cycles 25,000, optionally: 50,000, 100,000, and more than 100,000.
– Watertightness class 2.
– Wind load resistance class 4.
– Air permeability class 5.
– Sound insulation Rw=24 [dB].
– Operating noise of the door: 24/36 [dB] (with an electric drive unit 8.60 FU / SE9).
– Reaction to fire NFP: B, s2, d0.
– The manually-operated door is fitted with a sliding bolt.

INNOVO 60mm panel

The MakroTherm door curtain is made of the INNOVO 60 mm thick panels with a thermal transmittance factor of U=0.33 [W/m2xK]. Thanks to the use of thermally insulated panels and our sealing systems, we managed to eliminate heat loss in the most affected areas of the leaf in order to ensure parameters that allow industrial doors to maintain the optimum temperature inside your rooms.

MakroTherm series

MakroTherm XXL door

The MakroTherm XXL doors are made of 60 [mm] thick ultra-warm steel panels infilled with polyurethane foam. The XXL in the name is no accident, the maximum dimensions of the door can go up to 10,000 x 5,000 [mm].

– Panel heat transfer coefficient Up=0.33 [W/m2xK].
– Fully automated – SE 25.24 FU series GfA drive unit with an inverter (soft start and stop).
– Light curtain as standard.
– Thickness of the opening frame 2 [mm] / guide 2 [mm].
– Panel side covers and reinforcements in door leaf colour.
– Protection: cable break safety device (2 pcs.).
– Spring break safety device (per each spring).
– Double guiding rollers.
– Guaranteed number of cycles: 15,000.
