Modularity
WIŚNIOWSKI fire doors can be installed independently or as part of a wall in the same design. Their modular nature allows for flexibility in interior design and fire zone separation.
Aluminium fire doors
– made using the ALUPROF MB-78 EI, MB-60E EI aluminium profile system with a thermal barrier;
– structures made based on the MB-60E EI system have fire resistance class EI15 or EI30 according to the PN-EN 13501-2+A1 standard, the doors may additionally meet the smoke control requirements in class Sm, Sa according to PN-EN 13501-2+A1 and may be used on escape routes;
– structures made based on the MB-78 EI system have fire resistance class EI15, EI30, EI45 and EI60, according to the PN-EN 13501-2 standard, the doors may additionally meet the smoke control requirements in class Sm, S200 according to PN-EN 13501-2 and may be used on escape routes;
– possibility of making internal or external fire partitions with single and double leaf doors;
– leaf filling: single fire-resistant glass, fire-resistant composite glass or a panel with appropriate fire resistance;
– standard equipment: single latch-bolt lock with insert, stainless steel handle, door closer, anti-burglary pins, rebate seals around the entire perimeter of the leaf and door frame;
– frame and leaf powder coated in any RAL colour or in DECOR colours;

Steel fire-resistant jacket doors
AW DS
– single-leaf doors (small-size up to 1110 x 2235 mm and large-size up to 1360 x 2550 mm) or double-leaf doors (small-size up to 2140 x 2235 mm and large-size up to 2640 x 2550 mm);
– in fire resistance class EI30 and EI60;
– solid or partially glazed door leaf;
– door leaf with a thin rebate, made of 0.7 – 0.75 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and coated with a polyester coating or powder coated or with wood-like veneers;
– door frame made of steel sections, profiled from 1.5 mm thick galvanized sheet and powder coated;
– total thickness of the door leaf is 62.5 ± 1 mm;
– door leaf filling: mineral wool;
– rebate seals made of modified EPDM and additionally an expanding seal;
– standard equipment: latch-bolt lock, insert, anti-burglary pins, polypropylene handle with a steel core, with the WIŚNIOWSKI logo, door leaf equipped with vertically adjustable hinges (including one self-closing);
– possibility of making small-sized doors in the RC2 or RC3 burglary resistance class according to PN-ENV 1627;
– possibility of making a smoke-proof version with a drop seal in classes Sa, S200 according to the PN-EN 13501-2 standard;

MultiSecure
– single-leaf MultiSecure EI30 doors;
– full or partially glazed door leaf;
– in a fire-resistant version (EI30);
– in a fire-resistant and anti-burglary version (EI30, RC2 or RC3);
– RC2 – inward opening doors, RC3 – outward opening doors according to PN-EN 1627;
– door leaf with a thick rebate, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5 ÷ 0.6 mm thick and coated with a polyester coating, powder coated or with wood-like veneers;
– door frame made of steel sections, profiled from galvanized sheet 1.2 mm ÷ 1.5 mm thick and powder coated;
– the total thickness of the door leaf is 41 ± 1 mm;
– the door leaf is filled with mineral wool;
– can be made in a smoke-proof version with a drop seal in classes Sm, Sa according to the PN-EN 13501-2+A1 standard;
– acoustic insulation PN-EN ISO 10140-2:2011 Rw=29 (-2,-4) dB;
– standard equipment: three-point automatic lock with a class B insert, three anti-burglary pins, a handle on a long stainless steel plate, a rail door closer, two 3D hinges with adjustment in three planes, rebate seals made of modified EPDM and a swelling seal with a cross-section of 2 x 20 mm, the external doors have an automatically dropping strip and a drip cap;
